The decision to overcome shyness is an important one. The process to overcome shyness involves three simple steps that will increase a person’s comfort level with other people and increase a person’s self esteem.

When a person decides to overcome shyness, they generally have suffered from painful shyness for too many years. Make a rule to talk to a new person. As you are more able to talk to people you know, challenge yourself to meet and talk to new people. This practice will take root in your subconscious, helping you to believe that you truly are capable of being a social person.
